Interim Action Items
- The Building Manager is to summarise all repeated short-term leasing offences at the end of each month and provide the report to the strata managing agent.
- The strata managing agent is to arrange a paper strata committee meeting at the beginning of the following month to seek approval to issue Notices to Comply for the repeated offences identified in the Building Manager’s report.
- Chris Ho is to abstain from voting on any motions relating to short-term leasing matters.
- The strata managing agent is to contact the City of Sydney Council to arrange a meeting in January/February 2026 to discuss the short-term leasing issue and explore whether the Council can become involved in managing the matter again, or whether there are any other ways to resolve the short-term leasing issue.
